Our first three families save 15% on the build
One founding project in each of our first three areas — FishHawk, Lutz / Odessa and South Tampa / Westchase. Founding Families get 15% off the build price on any tier above, first pick of the install calendar, an extra design revision round, a professional photo feature of the finished room (with your permission), and a rate lock: your quoted price never moves. The 15% applies to the build and can’t be combined with other offers.
Simple, staged, and in writing
1 · $500 design deposit
After your free assessment, this starts your 3D design and reserves your spot on our build calendar — and it's credited in full toward your job, never a fee. One free transfer if your timing needs to move.
2 · Design approval
When you approve your 3D design, your production deposit brings your total paid to 50% — your $500 counts toward it — covers your materials and locks your install window. Pay in full here and save 5%.
3 · Completion & walkthrough
The balance is staged across completion and your final walkthrough, when we review the room, the safety records and your care guidelines together.
Financing available
Prefer to spread it out? Financing is available through Stripe, so your kids can play now while you pay over time. Ask us at your assessment and we'll walk you through it.
And remember: pay in full at design approval instead and you'll save 5%.
