Free in-person assessment
We visit your home — free, always. We measure the space, check walls and ceiling heights, watch how your kids play, and talk through your wish list and budget. You'll get honest guidance on what fits and what doesn't, whether you book with us or not.
Your onboarding session
Right after you book, you get access to your client portal and a short onboarding session: your kids and how they play, what you're envisioning, photos of your space, and your budget — on a sliding scale with real examples of what each level builds. We show up to your assessment already knowing your family.
3D design
We turn your assessment into a full 3D design of your playroom, so you can see the climbing wall, the slide, the nook — the whole room — before a single board is cut. We refine it together until it feels right.
Design approval
When you love the design, you approve it and we lock your price. Pay in full at design approval and save 5% — or use financing through Stripe. From here, your production deposit covers your materials and your install window gets scheduled.
Shop prefab
Most of your playroom is built ahead of time in our shop — cut, assembled, sanded and finished before we ever knock on your door. That's how we keep your home disruption low and your install fast.
Install & walkthrough — about one week in your home
Our crew installs your playroom in about one week. Every anchor is torqued and logged, every install documented with photos. Then we walk the room with you, review care and use guidelines together, and hand over the hardest part: keeping the kids out until you say go.

Your design starts with a $500 deposit
Our build calendar fills by design — we'd rather build fewer rooms beautifully than rush many. After your free assessment, a $500 design deposit gets your 3D design underway and reserves your place in line — and every penny of it is credited toward your job.
After the build
